Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

By accessing the gen4d Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and gen4d with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

gen4d reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://gen4d.lat/terms-conditions with the revision date displayed at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register an Account and use the gen4d Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. gen4d strictly prohibits access by anyone under 21. We will conduct age verification as part of the KYC process and may suspend any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the Member is under the minimum age.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which your use of online gaming services is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of gen4d is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a Prohibited Person as defined in Clause 1.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or automated system when placing Wagers.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request that you have submitted to gen4d.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the gen4d Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other means — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.

gen4d may, at our sole discretion, decline to open an Account for any applicant without providing a reason. Completion of the registration form does not guarantee that an Account will be activated.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account.

gen4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your Account. While 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access, you remain responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials.

You must notify gen4d immediately — via live chat or by emailing [email protected] — if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. gen4d reserves the right to temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any security incident.

gen4d will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password, full credit card number, or other sensitive credentials. Any such communication claiming to be from gen4d should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All deposits on the gen4d Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. gen4d does not impose a maximum deposit limit for standard Members, though higher-value deposits may trigger additional KYC verification requirements.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits are typically credited to your gen4d Account within 1–5 minutes of a confirmed transfer. gen4d is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

gen4d does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gen4d bears no responsibility. All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts separate from gen4d's operating capital.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the gen4d Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification requirements.

gen4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified Members using standard IDR bank transfer or e-wallet channels. Processing times may be longer in the following circumstances:

• Your Account has not yet completed full KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds your account's standard daily limit and requires additional review.
• Our fraud detection system has flagged the withdrawal for manual review.
• Bank or e-wallet maintenance windows affect the receiving institution.
• A bonus wagering requirement has not yet been satisfied (see Clause 8).

gen4d does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. You may be subject to a maximum of one (1) free withdrawal per calendar day; additional same-day withdrawals may incur an administrative fee of Rp 5.000 per request. gen4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusually large or otherwise requires verification.

If a withdrawal is returned by your bank or e-wallet provider for any reason (e.g., incorrect account details), the funds will be credited back to your gen4d Account. gen4d accepts no responsibility for funds lost due to incorrect payment details submitted by the Member.

gen4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Idul Fitri, and the FIFA World Cup qualifying cycle.

Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of ten times (10×) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.
• Game contribution: Wagers on sportsbook markets contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Slot game wagers contribute 100%. Live casino wagers (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger) contribute 10%. Togel and keno wagers contribute 50%.
• Validity period: All bonuses expire thirty (30) days after they are credited to your Account unless a different period is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. You may not combine multiple promotional offers unless explicitly permitted in writing.
• Abuse prevention: gen4d reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk hedging bets across multiple outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure.

The gen4d Platform offers a broad range of gaming products, including but not limited to: live casino table games (Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Blackjack), video slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, keno, and sportsbook markets covering football (including BRI Liga 1 and UEFA Champions League), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports.

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino tables, by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers under controlled conditions. gen4d does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft) and are available on request.

For sportsbook products, the following rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. gen4d does not accept liability for bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical error. Such bets may be voided at our discretion.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the combined odds to apply. A voided selection reduces the number of legs; a single losing leg settles the entire parlay as a loss.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placement.
• In the event of a disputed result, gen4d's trading team decision is final, subject to the escalation process described in Clause 17.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gen4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of any other person.
• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform or place Wagers.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or otherwise defraud gen4d.
• Using funds of criminal origin (money laundering). gen4d applies Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring to all accounts and cooperates with relevant authorities in reporting suspicious activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches in the Platform. Any suspected vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged KYC documentation.
• Placing wagers in markets where you hold material non-public information (e.g., insider knowledge of a sports fixture's outcome).
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider without first raising the matter with gen4d support. Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account closure and recovery of funds.

gen4d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform includes a suite of tools available to all Members to help manage their play:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the gen4d Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

gen4d reserves the right to impose account restrictions on any Member whose play patterns suggest problematic gambling behaviour, even in the absence of a voluntary request from the Member. This includes, but is not limited to, reducing deposit limits, requiring mandatory cooling-off periods, or permanently closing an Account.

All content on the gen4d Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of gen4d or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

Game content (including slot titles, live casino streams, and RNG engines) is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. All such content remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holders.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gen4d, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of revenue, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruption of service, data loss, or inability to access the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, Force Majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, game RTPs, or promotional terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security as required by Clause 5.

Nothing in these Terms limits gen4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. gen4d's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by gen4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

gen4d will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud detection systems strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

gen4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide Members with advance notice — either by email to the address registered on your Account or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform — at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

In cases where immediate amendment is necessary (for example, to address a security vulnerability, comply with a legal requirement, or correct a manifest error), changes may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gen4d is incorporated and licensed to operate. gen4d is an internationally licensed and regulated platform.

In the event of any dispute between you and gen4d, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The vast majority of disputes are resolved promptly at this stage. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents gen4d from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
